Process

I led all coordination for the shoot, to ensure the national magazine had a positive and seamless experience at the institution. I met with the creative team ahead of the photo shoot to discuss their needs and scout locations. I secured all necessary permissions for the sites they selected, including hiring a lifeguard for the closed pool shoot. I advertised and coordinated the casting of on-camera talent. And I was on-site for the photo shoot to manage day-of logistics. Through collaboration and coordination, Cosmo had a wonderful experience at the University of Florida and our students who were selected had a memorable experience.
